(ch’atlich/Sechelt) Erin brings more than 25 years of management and leadership experience across the corporate, strata management, and small business sectors, along with a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT). After moving to the Sunshine Coast in 2007, she has built both her career and her family life here and feels deeply connected to the people and community that make the Coast such a special place to call home.

For more than three years, Erin has had the privilege of bringing her leadership experience, energy, and big ideas to the charitable sector through the Sunshine Coast Foundation. Her approach is grounded in servant leadership, with a passion for bringing people together, turning big ideas into meaningful action, and helping more people understand the role the Foundation can play in making good things happen in our community.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time in nature with family, friends, and her border collie, Pippa. She continues to volunteer with the Hot Lunch program at Chatelech Secondary School and is the team manager for her daughter’s U18 rep soccer team, all while doing her best to keep in the good books of her three teenagers. An avid traveller, reader, hiker, and camper, Erin is usually planning her next adventure into the backcountry.

Erin considers it a privilege to work alongside donors, volunteers, colleagues, community organizations, and local leaders who share a commitment to inspiring positive change and building a stronger Sunshine Coast.
