(Ch’kw’elhp/Gibsons) Milos Pospisil is a Project Management Professional and an independent Management Consultant with 20 years of experience serving clients around world. With an International Business and Finance degree from the University of Alberta, Milos’s career and passion for languages has taken him all around the world, leading projects across Canada, US, Europe and in unique locations like Mauritius and Trinidad. He is fluent in English, French, and Czech and manages functional Spanish and Russian. His consulting and complex project experience extends across many industries.
Milos has volunteered extensively with the Project Management Institute, BC Chapter. Initially in two different Director roles and then as VP of Professional Development on the Board of Directors, he organized a successful annual PMI Conference in downtown Vancouver.
Since early 2022, Milos teamed up with two partners to form Project Volya, and has been fundraising for tactical medical supplies as well as paediatric surgical equipment that he has delivered personally to hospitals in Ukraine and medics on the front lines of the war. To date, Milos has made three trips to Ukraine and delivered nearly $100k in medical and humanitarian aid.
Milos is an avid adventure traveller to countries across the Middle East, Africa, South America and the Pacific Rim. Married to his wife of 19 years, he’s also a proud father to three beautiful young daughters. As a certified PADI Scuba Diver and AIDA Freediver, Milos loves to be in the water and is working on improving his freediving skills.
